In this week’s unit, we talked about how Buddhism is concerned with the cause and cure of human suffering. How do Buddhists define suffering? What are your thoughts on the “three marks of existence” which include impermanence, suffering, and no-self? Did these teachings resonate with you? What are some other aspects of “The Dharma” or the teachings of Buddha that had an impact on you?
